Wednesday 28th February & Thursday 1st March 2018
The Future Powertrain Conference (FPC2018) is a two day UK event created to bring together industry and academic experts within the powertrain development field. It will open up presentations and discussions on the solutions to the challenges faced by the engineering industry in the UK and internationally over the next ten years.
With multiple pressures pushing the industry to meet ever tighter emission regulations, the need to develop and implement new technology is increasing all the time and the inherent risks can only be mitigated by a better understanding of the technology.
To help strengthen the UK engineering community and to meet this challenge FPC2018 is being launched to bring together and help bridge the gap between scientists and engineers from the UK’s leading academic institutions and the best of the UK’s industry.

Found it a good experience to attend the conference, exchanging knowledge, making contacts and seeing what major companies in the area are currently working on - I will be at FPC2017 for sure!
Visit to FPC2017
Good event, becoming more popular each year, attended by senior people - great.
Each year becoming more popular
Best value for money conference I have attended; excellent mix of relevant subjects covered and at the right technical level.
Best value for money conference
FPC goes from strength to strength - a great second year!
FPC2016 to be even bigger
It seems at last that the Future Powertrain Conference is addressing this issue, in terms of the automotive industry at least, and bringing the two sides together to exchange knowledge and share ideas - in areas ranging from batteries to fuel cells
FPC2016 addressing key issues in the automotive industry
All the right people for successful networking, interesting session topics and a good range of technology on display at the exhibition
Meet the right people at FPC2016
Excellent event, shame I could only stop the one day.
